If you're used to the service of the Ferman FKK clubs you might be disappointed with what CZ has to offer. The clubs are generally more expensive and offer less service. Not the common kissing or bbbj that you find in German FKK clubs. Your best bet is to try the escort scene, perhaps check the German bbs butterfly. I found from several trips to clubs along the CZ border that 50 Euro got you rushed, unpersonal and no bbbj service, forget about kissing too. K5 Which is well known in Prague was expensive, poor lighting in the bar, plus the women wore clothing which hid what they really looked like.
I've heard a US business man opened the Prague FKK club which is about 15km south of the Prague city center. Service is still not up to the German FKK clubs, I think it will be hard for someone to get standards to what they have in Germany. Perhaps this has changed.
