Rotterdam has a RLD? From my visits they were not famous for any RLD but rather a car port area with stalls that have dividers for privacy. The concept was to pick up street walkers and then park in the stalls and have a bit of privacy. Most of the women I saw in the area were obvious transvestites. I do hear Rotterdam has many private houses. If I missed the so called RLD please give the address? |
